❤ Upload a video exclusively on wrong entries appearing in AIS when extra shares are tendered back than the entitlement to company buying back shares. The DP/NSDL/CDSL send entries against all shares bought at different points of time but tendered back to company in one go and out of which only a few are accepted under the buy back.arrangement and rest are credited back to shareholder. It is further clarified here that there is no option to choose to state that no transactions had taken place in buy back arrangements but for those numbers that are finally accepted under buyback arrangement & that even such shares don't attact income tax under buyback for capital gain in the hands of shareholders.
